More than 80% of its property portfolio consists of homes (apartments, houses), enabling it to spread the financial risk over more than 1 700 tenants.
These assets, combined with the preferential tax status of residential RREC, provide Home Invest Belgium’s shareholders with a high degree of security and attractive medium and long-term prospects.
