The existing semi-industrial building is currently being demolished to develop 93 new residential units, an office/surface space on the ground floor and an underground car park. Works should last 21 months, and are estimated to be finished by the end of 2019.

This office building of 5,800 m² will be to be converted into a residential building of 55 units and 69 parking spaces. Provisional acceptance of works are expected mid-2020.
